staya is an educational and emotional support app for adults taking GLP-1 medication. It offers written material, audio sessions and short exercises for the psychological side of that experience.
staya is not medical care. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. It is not a medical device, not therapy, not a substitute for a doctor, therapist, dietitian or any other qualified professional, and it is not supervised by one.
Nothing in staya should be used to start, stop, change or delay any medication or treatment. Every medical question — including changes in mood, appetite, dosage or side effects — belongs with the clinician who prescribed your medication.
If you are in crisis, staya is not the right tool. Contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988 in the United States), the Crisis Text Line (text HOME to 741741), or your local emergency number.
You must be 18 or older. By using staya you confirm that you are.
staya is sold by subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
What you record in staya stays on your device. We do not have access to it, which also means we cannot recover it for you if you delete the app or lose your phone. See our Privacy Policy.
The written material, audio sessions and design in staya belong to Dermafusion S.r.l. They are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use for as long as your subscription is active. You may not copy, redistribute, resell or publish them.
We try to keep staya working, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of faults. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service entirely during a paid period, you may request a pro-rata refund by writing to us.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, staya is provided "as is" and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
These terms do not affect the statutory rights you have as a consumer.
You may stop using staya at any time by cancelling and deleting the app. We may suspend access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached.
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you may also rely on the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings there.
